Recreational Programs Refund Policy

  • Refund requests made before the posted season start date are subject to a $35 administrative fee.
  • Refund requests made during the Late Registration period will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee paid.
  • No refunds will be granted after the posted season start date.
  • Specific registration and refund deadline dates will be posted and updated each season on the Recreational Program Registration page.

Competitive Program Refund Policy

There are no refunds of registration fees, team fees, or other costs associated with participation in the Competitive Program, except in the following two cases:

  1. Medical Injury:
     A refund may be issued if a player provides medically documented proof of an injury that prevents participation for more than half of the season or year, subject to approval by the Executive Director.

  2. Relocation:
     A refund may be issued if a parent’s job requires relocation out of the area. The request must include proof of relocation and a completed release form (FCL/USCS/ECNL), and must also be approved by the Executive Director.

In both cases:

  • A $50 administrative fee will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be prorated based on the player’s participation to date.
  • The commitment fee is non-refundable.


Participants are not exempt from remaining financial responsibilities if a player is dismissed, released, or voluntarily withdraws for any reason outside of the two exceptions above.

Camps, Clinics, and Special event Programs Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after the scheduled start date of the program.
  • If a refund is requested within 48 hours of the program’s scheduled start date, a $25 processing fee may apply.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by the program director.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, absences, or withdrawals after the program begins.
