QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Must have previous soccer playing or coaching experience.

Must complete SafeSport and Concussion training.

Must have reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct 3 team training sessions per week and games on Saturdays and some Sundays.

Facilitate match management duties for each team (warm-up prior to matches, line-ups, substitutions, match tactics, etc.)

Respond to emails from team members, parents, opposing coaches, club Administrators, Directors of Coaching and Technical Director in 24 hours.

Manage/support team participating in tournaments and off-season training.

Lead their respective teams into the competitive tryout process, including player placement recommendations.

Attend and assist in the tryout process for all Florida Elite teams. Team coaches will also conduct player evaluations and hold team meetings.

Pay is commensurate with experience, licensing, and team level.
