GAME DAY PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS
For this Tournament, we have made this as simple as possible. Simply print out your Photo Match Cards for each of your games through GotSport and bring them to each of your games for check in. NO PLAYER PASSESS NEEDED. If you are missing any players from your official roster, get with your Club Administrator.

Medical Release Form
All players need to have this medical release form filled out and turned into their Coach prior to their first game. Coaches will hold onto the forms throughout the Tournament

RECREATIONAL TOURNAMENT - NOVEMBER 18TH - 19TH 2023
Event Information: Tournament designed for Recreational Teams between 8 and 19 years old
Dates: November 18-19, 2023 (additional games may take place on Friday, November 17th)
Location: Veterans Park, 1332 Veterans Parkway, St Johns Florida 32259
Age Groups: 2005- 2016 Girls and Boys teams (Limited space available in each Division)
RECREATIONAL TEAMS SHOULD USE THEIR CURRENT RECREATIONAL TEAM GOTSPORT LOGIN TO REGISTER
DO NOT CREATE A NEW TEAM TO REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT - ONLY USYS OR US CLUB SANCTIONED TEAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED INTO THE TOURNAMENT
If you have never registered your RECREATIONAL TEAM before for a Tournament, no worries, we have created a simple guide for you.
Tournament Pricing:
U8-U10 Teams: $295
U11-U12 Teams: $350
U13-U19 Teams: $395
These fees cover all tournament costs and referee fees (referee availability dictated by the behavior of the coaches and parents)

When registering your team through GotSport, please make sure that your Team is updated with the correct coach information. We will be using the GotSport coach conflict tool during scheduling to do our best to avoid conflicts.
