Speed and agility are two of the most important attributes an athlete can have. The goal of this Summer Camp is to improve the speed and agility of all the boys and girls campers (2007-2014 birth years) with fast-paced, high intensity biweekly training.
The KEY components of the camp are:
- Improving acceleration and speed
- Improving running form and technique
- Improving body positioning for changing directions
- Improving running/jumping mechanics
- Conditioning
- Injury prevention
All of our summer camps will also be following local, state, league and CDC guidelines when it comes to the safety and protocols recommended for these camps.
